A purpose of work is measuring of content of radionuclides in the samples of environment and control of accordance of results to the indexes of operating normative base. Methods of researches - analytical, chemical, spectrometry, mathematical statistics. In research of total alfa-, beta - activity of drinking water it is set that 43 % samples dissatisfy to sanitary norms on the index of total alfa - activity and they require the extended researches. In the study of radon and uranium in water samples exceeding the standards were observed in 16,6 and 7 % of cases respectively. Calculation of the total dose of ionizing radiation from the use of drinking water showed excess parametric values (0.1 mSv / year) for all children's age groups (from birth to 17 years).
