Step 2.Obrobka data and calculations of emissions HFCs, PFC and sulfur hexafluoride and evaluation of uncertainty in terms of the use of fluoro-gases in 2011 The aim - to conduct research on the calculation and estimation of emissions hydrofluorocarbons (hereinafter - HFCs), perfluorocarbons (hereinafter - PFC) and sulfur hexafluoride (hereinafter - HFS) in 2011. Calculation of performed according to the method of calculating emissions of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFC) and sulfur hexafluoride (HFS) at the national level (SE "Cherkasky NDITEHIM", 2012). Assessment of the level of uncertainty made according to the methodology for the definition and calculation results of the evaluation of uncertainty activity data and emission factors hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFC) and sulfur hexafluoride (HFS) in the main categories (SE "Cherkasky NDITEHIM", 2012) .. Emissions calculations developed for the preparation of the National Inventory of emissions by sources and removals by sinks of greenhouse gases in Ukraine in 2011 The study was conducted in accordance with the basic methodological approaches and regulations of the IPCC, including: Guidelines on good practice and Uncertainty Management in National Greenhouse Gas Inventories, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC, 2000) Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories International Group Panel on Climate Change (IPCC, 2006), taking into account national circumstances operation of the sector greenhouse fluoro-gases in Ukraine and in accordance with national characteristics adapted methodological approaches to collect baseline data and calculating emissions. Thematic structuring research carried out in each of the following segments (categories) using fluorine-greenhouse gases, foamed materials, gas fire, aerosols, refrigeration, air conditioning system, solvents, electrical equipment. Implementation research conducted to ensure transparency GHG inventory and fulfillment of Ukraine's commitments under the UNFCCC and the Kyoto Protocol. Part 2 The aim of the research is the development of research methodology in the field of greenhouse gas emissions from the categories of chemical industry (production of ammonia, nitric acid production and consumption of soda ash), to develop a method of calculating greenhouse gas emissions from these categories and methods of estimation uncertainty data activities, emission factors and emission estimates for the period 1990-2011 gg. Implementation research conducted to ensure transparency GHG inventory and fulfillment of Ukraine's commitments under the UNFCCC and the Kyoto Protocol. The study was conducted in accordance with the basic methodological approaches and regulations of the IPCC, including: Guidelines on good practice and Uncertainty Management in National Greenhouse Gas Inventories, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC, 2000) Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories International Expert Group on Climate Change (IPCC, 2006) Revised Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC, 1996) and Guidelines EMEP / EEA emission inventory (2009) on the basis of the functioning of national greenhouse gas sector in Ukraine and in accordance adapted to the national characteristics of methodological approaches to collect baseline data and calculating emissions. Thematic structuring research carried out in each of the following segments (categories) Manufacture of chemicals, ammonia, nitric acid and soda ash. Research includes: analytical part (analytical review and assessment of existing methodological approaches to calculating greenhouse gas emissions and their precursors accordance with IPCC worldwide), category description and calculation of greenhouse gas emissions in them, conclusions on the results of the study. The methodology and calculations of greenhouse gases and their precursors categories of chemicals developed for the preparation of the National Inventory of emissions by sources and removals by sinks of greenhouse gases in Ukraine and to ensure transparency GHG inventory and Ukraine's obligations under the UNFCCC and the Kyoto Protocol.5481
