The object of the research is special typology of various scientific dictionaries on the national base. The subject of the research are methodological and methodical aspects of creating special lexical typology in Ukrainian terminographics. The aim of the research is to lay down main parameters of style-forming means of scientific style; reveal, systematization, study of terminographic work in Ukraine in diachronic and synchronic aspects. The selection of scientific sources (dictionaries, encyclopedias, reference books) with the fixed lexical units belonging to scientific style of Ukrainian language from ancient times to the XXI century are the material of the research. Methodologic background of the research is the interpretation of dialectical interrelation of language and thinking, the general and the particular, historical development of grammar system, understanding of the language as an integral system in sinchronic and diachronic aspects. The method of the analysis is constructed with the account of theoretical and practical sources, which allow studying the specified topic conceptually. During the research of the material linguistic methods: comparative, correlative, differential, descriptive and the method of component analysis are applied.
