The object of study: surgical disease and anesthesia. Studied 541 patients with surgical diseases and anesthesia (study group). Objective: to improve the efficiency of treatment of patients with certain diseases of blood vessels, joints, abdominal organs, abdominal, thyroid and parathyroid glands, reproductive organs, by reducing nasal trauma due to improved methods of endoscopic and morphological diagnostics, development and application of innovative technologies minimally invasive endovideohirurhichnyh interventions and their anesthesia and determine compatibility with the body implant recipient nanobiosensornyh based technologies. Methods: clinical examination, laboratory blood tests, electroencephalography, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, renthenendovaskulyarne study videolaparoscopic research, questionnaires, medical and statistical analysis. Results revealed that treatment of patients of the group using minimally invasive surgical techniques and modern anesthesia different short-term inpatient treatment and rehabilitation, less pain, low complications. Using the definition of compatibility with the body implant recipient nanobiosensornyh based technology is an effective method of predicting possible complications and postoperative course.
