The structure of food sensitization, as well as the structure of recombinant allergens in patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis (SAR) with sensitization to pollen of trees was also studied. The features of cellular and humoral immunity in patients with SAR without food allergies and the presence of food allergy were defined. The schemes of treatment of patients with SAR without and with the presence of food allergies by specific immunotherapy with the use of probiotic products were created. The efficacy of using probiotic products on the background of specific immunotherapy combinations of different groups of pollen allergens in patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis was studied.
