Object of research: reproductive mechanisms in strategic commodity markets of Ukraine. Subject of research: the process of regulation of the resources reproduction in the national strategic commodity markets in order of social and economic potential realization of sustainable development in the post-crisis period. Theoretical and methodological basis of research: the paradigm of sustainable development and management leverages of the efficiency regulation for the functioning of integrated commodity markets, the theory of added value renewal in sectors of commodity markets, methodology of governmental regulation of strategic integrated commodity markets (including grain-market) in order of improvement of reproductive processes, methodology for determining of the comprehensive efficiency of the commodity markets , based on the theory of market equilibrium and social justice in noncooperative games. The aim of the research is: to develop the theoretical and methodological principles of formation and implementation of regulatory mechanisms to encourage the implementation of socio -economic potential of sustainable development through the reproductive processes in the system of strategically important markets of Ukraine on the basis of maintenance of complex socio -ecological- economic efficiency by enhancing the investment , foreign trade, establishing reproductive processes in the grain market and energy security. Results: For the first time: developed a theoretical and methodological foundations of the reproductive process research as component of investments in strategic markets in accordance with the paradigm of sustainable development that consider tools for resource support of all components of socio-economic development and theoretical and practically applied determining of the effectiveness of capital reproduction on basis of a comprehensive impact in economic, social, fiscal, environmental aspects based on comparison of these capital reproduction indicators with value added, and its' structure and share in the gross output obtained in the context of national strategic market values of similar indicators in developed countries and the European Union; It's proposed the regulatory mechanism of reproductive processes enhance in strategic markets of goods and services by improving the institutional support of invested capital component recovery and support of the formation of self-sustaining efficient economic system based on incentives of reinvestment operations and indirect measures of permanent economic regulation support, using of public-private partnerships schemes that take into account integration initiatives and the principles of decentralization of economic management; Theoretical and methodological basis for regulating of integrated markets of grain and grain products, based on the reproduction-oriented approach and efficient use of raw materials, production, employment, innovation and export potential in the system related to the grain markets through the introduction of a mechanism that stimulates exports of grain-processed products with high added value, mechanism for state support of crops with desired quality of parameters for internal processing enterprises, the development of measures that improve market infrastructure and financial commodity interventions on the grain and flour. Improved: Methodology of reproduction processes sectoral analysis in product markets through the development of a comprehensive evaluation model of reinvestments efficiency in the context of value-added components, where quantitative assessments are used as indicators of the degree of enjoyment of economic, social and fiscal interests of social-development process stakeholders; Conceptual framework for public policy in the regulation of investment through a combination of sectoral priorities of support with the criteria of added value maximization and balance of its structure, based on stimulation of reproductive processes, decentralization of economic management and promotion of local investments as mainstreams of modern economic policy; Applications of regulating mechanisms of investment activities by developing of regulations to stimulate sustainability and effectiveness in complex dimension of capital reproduction in strategic markets in the context of tasks of the economic development enhance, according to the strategic economic growth in Ukraine; methodical approach to the assessment of the efficiency of an integrated product market by developing a multi-sectoral and budget efficiency scorecard based on scenario modeling of products' value added criterion with the highest degree of regulatory capacity; methodical approach to the assessment of pricing mechanisms for integrated markets by calculating of the coefficients of discrimination of domestic and export prices of grain and grain products that allow us to identify patterns, dynamics and depth of price ratios, proportions of cross-sector income distribution; conceptual approaches to the formation of multi-management mechanisms alternative environmentally friendly technologies for the establishment of both economic and environmental motivation for businesses to introducing of non-traditional options for supplies; theoretical and conceptual basis of the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol to control the use of alternative energy sources in Ukraine under the administration of the property rights of stakeholders established by them in reducing CO2 emissions (a new intangible-asset product) and the subsequent formation of the national market of this product; conceptual approach to the institutional frameworks of export activity in Ukraine aimed on the ensuring of the reproductive function of export of commodity markets. Further developed: models of the theory of sectoral research and regulation of commodity markets by developing a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of reproductive processes in sectors of the market-based paradigm of sustainable development that is to meet complex economic, social and budgetary needs of society and to determine its structural and quantitative balance of value added based on method of comparison of those in the developed countries; the theory of noncooperative equilibrium in games in relation to the reproduction process and efficiency of commodity markets as balanced in all components of value added in dynamically-cyclical dimension; theory of regional competitiveness through the mechanisms of implementation of European principles of investment tax competing areas which could be within the current legislation and ensuring of implementation of the strategic priorities set by government action plan and strategy development to 2020; approaches to the formation of national priorities of grain policy in an open economy, which, in contrast to the dominant grain production capacity aimed on increasing of exports include the revival of domestic demand for grain and grain products, expanded reproduction potential of the productive sectors in the system related to the grain markets, the implementation of economic interests in these markets; governmental export policy (including proposed amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About State financial support of export activities"); system of state control mechanisms using alternative environmentally friendly technologies, as differentiated by the nature of the action (state support, regulation and incentives), the scope of the sectoral regulation instruments that based on consideration of economic and environmental effects and arising actors for implementing of relevant projects; institutional and methodological basis for the formation of separate mechanisms for regulating and promoting of the use of clean energy technologies, which, unlike the existing ones, based on qualitative and quantitative determination of the results of their impact on entities that implement alternative technologies.
