Improved: the methodology of determination of integrated assessment of greening in sectoral measurement, which involves the selection of indicators that describe the state and prospects of the greening by quantitative and qualitative characteristics and methodical approach to define algorithms for quantitative component - by criteria that provide analysis and diagnostics of ecosystems condition as objects of targeted action of anthropogenic and technogenic pressures and reaction of environment through the unit of social and economic indicators and for qualitative component - through the unit of indicators of socio-ecological and economic results. Received further development: integrated economic assesment of the aggregate eko-destructive sectoral impact, which involves determining of the list, magnitude and trends of appearance of economic and environmental imbalances which are generated by influence of functioning marine, agriculture, and energy systems on the environment; definition of the stages of indexes forming of sectoral greening, which involves identifying of parameters of assessment, typological groups, criteria of ecological compatibility level by dynamics scale and composition of indicators that generate information component of environmental policy and provide a comparison of the dynamics of processes and phenomena of the new ideology of sectoral development on the macro, meso and micro levels; determination of prospective macroeconomic scenario of sectoral development in accordance with the factors that form vectors of sectoral transformations and the list of impacts on the environment and human (pollution, violation of natural systems and natural resources, the impact on biota).
