Aim of research: differential diagnostic, prevention and treatment of different types of nerve system damages. Methods of research: full clinical neurological examination, standardized multiple factor examination of personality, instrumental: transcranial doplerography, electroencephalography, and conjunctival bulbomicroscopy, clinical laboratory methods: hemostasis system indicators study, lipid peroxidation, average-sized molecules and arginine in venous blood serum study, urine nitrates, consistence of nucleonic acids in the venous blood serum: desoxiribonucleinic acid, ribonucleic acid, and also measurement of nucleases activity: acid and alkalize desoxiribonucleases and ribonucleases, estimation of vitamins supplementation A,B1, B2, B6, C, E, PP and microelements Zn, Co, Cu, Mn, Fe. Performed study of differential types of nerve system damaged helped to characterize specific instrumental and laboratory features for these diseases.
