Results of researches revealed the high prevalence of dental caries in primary and permanent teeth. The factors that affect the intensity of the caries process flow and periodontal tissue diseases were studied. The level of sanitary and hygienic knowledge and state of oral hygiene were determined. The prevalence of dental-jaw anomalies in children was analyzed. The obtained results allowed to elaborate and to approbate a number of effective health care systems for children based on environmental and social risk factors. The proposed schemes of treatment of periodontal diseases in young person give possibility to reduce the treatment time, reduce the possibility of recurrence, and prolong remission.
