The comprehensive investigation of the hydrodynamic characteristics of marine propeller-rudder system with jet mechanization is done, basics of increasing of efficiency of the propeller, rudder and the ship in general are developed. The advanced methods for calculating of parameters of the power equipment and systems for marine ship in order to improve its reliability and efficiency in operation are proposed and tested.
