A research object is activity of legislative and executive bodies of power of all levels in relation to an evaluation and overcoming of poverty of rural population. The necessity of application of new methodical approaches is in-process reasonable for the evaluation of poverty of population on the basis of continuous inspection of busy and gross incomes of members of rural домогосподарств status, the project of Methodical recommendations in relation to the evaluation of poverty of population in rural locality, tool is worked out for realization of calculations of gross incomes of rural домогосподарств, approved them on the example of the rural inhabited items suggestions are prepared in relation to changes and adding to the current legislation in relation to the increase of role and responsibility of local government and local self-government bodies on questions overcoming and prevention of poverty on a village.
