The Subject of Research is the modern state of economic use and natural resources protection, the problems of water and nature management a well as ways for their solution. The Research Object is Tyligulskyi liman in the north-western part of the Black Sea and its drainage area. The research purpose is to develop the scientifically substantiated strategies and decision-making systems for integrated management in Tyligulskyi liman in the context of climate change. The Methods of Research are traditional methods of statistical analysis; SWOT and DPSIR analyses, numerical mathematical models SWIM (Soil and Water Integrated Model) and modified МЕСCА (Model for Estuarine and Coastal Circulation Assessment) that is added with chemical and biological unit (МЕССA-OSENU). We present sections of Seventh Framework Programme FP7-ENV-2011 "Integrated water resources and coastal zone management in European lagoons in the context of climate change - LAGOONS) that relate to Tyligulskyi liman in the north-western part of the Black Sea area. We also present submit the physiogeographic and socioeconomic characteristics of Tyligulskyi liman and its drainage area, the description of natural resources and problems of their preservation, of benthos communities and liman ecosystem ichthyofauna. The result of public discussion on quality scenarios for future socioeconomic changes in Tyligulskyi liman using SWOT and DPSIR analyses are described. The choice of regional climate model for analysis of modern conditions and scenario climatic changes in the 21 century within Tyligulskyi liman drainage area is justified. The results of adaptation and verification of the numerical mathematical model concerning the eutrophication in liman's water are presented together with the scenario modelling of water salinity variability and hydroecological characteristics of liman's ecosystem in the 21 century in consideration of climate change and various ways of water and nature management.
