Study aim - defining of scientific bases and developing of production processes of nondetachable connections of metallic materials by pressure welding. Study methods - optical and scanning microscopy, electron microprobe analysis, mechanical tests and numerical methods. Technological bases of production processes of nondetachable connections of metallic materials by pressure welding have been developed. The influence of thermal-mechanical cycling of pressure welding on the production of nondetachable connections has been defined. It has been shown that precision and resistance of metallic materials connections produced by diffusion welding depends on throat and characteristics of intermediate layer, the way of surface preparation and welding parameters. New methods of modification of metallic materials surfaces by electrical discharge and ion beam machining have been developed for providing precision pressure welding. New methods of chemical activation of surfaces and technological recommendations for their use in the precision pressure welding of metallic materials have been developed. New localizers of heat energy in conjunction under precision contact welding have been defined. New technological processes of precision welding of metallic materials have been developed that provide producing high quality welding connections with the resistance 90-100% from the main metal under relative stain 1-2%. Scientific bases and basic regularities of precision nondetachable connections production under pressure welding have been defined. It has been stated that the main demand for providing pressure welding is juvenile surface formation in welding on the basis of transformation of ultrathin facial layer into eutectic liquid (due to modification, spattering or using of thin foils); localization of heat and mechanic energy in conjunction (due to heat stroke during the use of intermediate layers as well as nanocoatings); the use of surface physical and chemical processes in conjunction. The principle technology of production of precision nondetachable connections of metallic materials by pressure welding has been developed. The efficiency of proposed principle technology has piloted during the production of thermoelectric modules based on Bi2Te3 connections with copper; military body armours based on high stretch connection Ti3Al; electrical products based on connections of graphite with copper and titanium. The results obtained may be used for developing of fabrication techniques of different precision details from similar and dissimilar materials.
