Object of the research is a system of economic relations at the micro, meso and macro levels which is associated with adaptation of Ukrainian state policy to the transformation of modern economic relations. The object of the study is adaptive mechanisms of Ukrainian state policy at different levels of management under modern globalization. During research the following methods were used: dialectical method, the principle of historicism, abstraction, moving from the abstract to the concrete. Also a systematic approach and structural and functional analysis were applied to the study of the integration process in international economic relations. Also method of comparative economic analysis, empirical-statistical approaches to the study of the integration process were used. Formalization and parameterization techniques, mathematical and graphical image clustering were applied for better visibility of the results. Study addressed the following objectives: - Identification of indicators and factors for evaluating the growth of the national economy; - Subjective assessment and intersubjective coordination in making joint decisions; - The problems of "new industrialization" and its role in the advancing pursuit; - Modern trends and opportunities for state regulation of TNC; - Features of economic development in Central and Eastern Europe and the possibility of using their experience to reform the economy of Ukraine; - Suggestions on state regulation of foreign trade relations of Ukraine and on regulation of macroeconomic currency risks.
