To decrease the effect of the fringing fields in the injection channel of the electron beam the magnetic screen has been installed and to match injected electron beam emittance and the storage ring acceptance the use of an additional correcting quadrupole lens of permanent magnet was approved. The background calculations to the inflector requirements for multiturn injection with 1 Hz repetition rate and decent beam lifetime were carried out. The computer simulation of the inflector layout were made. At the base of the simulated design, the inflector was produced. The synchronization system of the linear accelerator, instead of the existed old synchronization system, has been designed.
