Study Object: Functional state of cell cultures and human donor blood leukocytes subjected to low temperature impact after cultivation or incubation in media containing the low-molecular fraction. Methods: ultrafiltration, biochemical, spectrophotometric, immunologic methods, light microscopy. Study Results: The results of studying proliferation indices of frozen-thawed diploid culture of human embryonic fibroblasts and continuous line BHK-21 clone 13/04 in media containing the cord blood low-molecular fraction are presented. The influence of the low-molecular fraction in rehabilitating media on the phagocytic activity of leukocytes after cryopreservation with 5% DMAc was explored. The evaluated influence of the low-molecular fraction on frozen-thawed cell cultures can become a basis for further improvement of medium compositions for cell cultivation.
