From the position of structures and electronic aspects the different mechanisms of mechanosynthesis for borides and carbides depending on type of metals were established. The formation of disilicides of refractory metals are carried out by two mechanisms: mechanical stimulation and solid diffusion. The conditions of solid solution formation for TiH2-Al-Cr-NH3, TiH2-Al-Mo-NH3 і TiH2-Al-Ni-NH3 systems have been established. Technological parameters for refractory compounds of boride, carbide, silicide and nitride and solid solutions on their base as well as coatings with using the prepared powders have been elaborated.
