Object of research - tibial bones of mice skeleton (Black C57 line), white rats. The work purpose - obtaining а new data about gravisensitivity cellular mechanisms and gravitational-dependent processes in a bone skeleton under microgravity. Methods of research - light microscopy, electron microscopy, digital microphotographing, morphometric and statistical analysis using computer programs. Treatment of mouse bone tissue biosamples (C57 Black mouse) from the international space experiment aboard of biosatellite "Bion-M1" and from land based simulation experiment on rats (hindlimb removal gravitational loading) for histological, cytochemical and electron-microscopy researches was executed. Performed scientific analysis of the obtained samples. Histostructural changes in tibial bones and ultrastructural reactions of osteogenic cells in different morphofunctional states of bone tissue remodeling zones were studied. New data on ultrastructural and metabolic reactions of bone tissue cells were obtained. These data were used for proposed concept of mechanotransduction and bone mass loss within reduction (removal) of gravitation load. The results generated new ideas in understanding of gravitational-dependent changes mechanisms of osteogenic cells and their co-operation in the zones of adaptive and destructive alterations of bone tissue under long term microgravity impact.
