It were created the chemo-resistive sensor's arrays ("electronic nose") using conductive polymers (polyaniline, polypyrrole, polythiophene) as sensitive layers which are sensitive to steam of different organic solvents. It was carried out the investigation of sensor elements sensitivity and modeling of sensor response kinetics. The possibility of quantitative analysis of multicomponent gas mixtures (isopropanol, chloroform, toluene, acetone) using sensor arrays was shown. The possibility of creating light-emitting diodes with functional layers based on conducting polymers was shown. It was established the effect of graphene to work function lead to improve functional characteristics of LEDs with nanocomposite based on graphene as injection holes layer.
