The object of study ? transport and customs infrastructure Ukraine: logistics transportation and customs facilities, highways, system maintenance, transportation and customs of technology, international road checkpoints customs border of Ukraine. The aim of this work is the development and implementation of scientific and technical decisions that determine the direction of further development and improvement of infrastructure of customs and transport system of the state to improve the efficiency of its transit potential through optimization of technology management movement of goods into Ukraine, as well as improve the educational process of training specialists on the organization of customs control, customs clearance and transportation of goods. The report, based on analysis of functional parameters and state of improvement and efficiency, there are areas of improvement and methods for determining the priority of construction, renovation and equipping of system checkpoints customs border of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to research technologies for the processing of export-import trade flows, management techniques, management and improvement directions of foreign economic activity of economic operators. A study of the possible application areas of logistics approaches in customs, the method of forecasting freight traffic through the crossing points of the customs border of Ukraine and the method for determining the feasibility of carrying out reconstruction and calculation of predictive capacity.
