The new method of two-wave two-step interferometry is developed with the phase shift of reference beam on an arbitrary angle, which provides the registration of minimum of possible amount of interferograms during the experiment. For the reconstruction of microrough surface the modified algorithm is developed, which enables to select a phase macrorelief by filtration from the unwrapped (decyclizated) phase map of the whole relief. Obtained results testify to growth approximately in three times to the range of measuring of roughness of surface with the tolerable level of errors by the offered algorithm. The errors of row of the known rapid algorithms are analysed, used for the for subpixel combination of images together with the method of cross-correlation in a frequency plane (CCFP). The conducted analysis showed that the errors of the considered algorithms depended on texture of input images and form of peak of cross-correlation. Using property of symmetry of cross-correlation peak, which is observed at small displacements of similar images, a new rapid algorithm is offered for subpixel combination of images (SC). For establishment of systematic error of algorithm СП the sequence of test images is created with the set of subpixel displacement, using which, the systematic and casual errors of the offered algorithm are appraised. Obtained estimates of errors show that the SC algorithm has ~ in 5 times less systematic error by comparison to the algorithm of centre-of-mass (CM), which is commensurable with the error of algorithm of biquadratic approximation, the algorithm of SC requires thus in ~1.5 times less calculable resources, than the CM algorithm. On the basis of research of aluminium alloy D16 and high-quality low-carbon steel 20 the results are obtained, that touch the substantial changes of amplitude of resilient hysteresis, residual deformations and Young modulus depending on the state of these materials (after their heat treatment), which can be a base for creation of express-method of estimation of imperfectness of structure of metals without the leadthrough of labour-consuming structural researches, and also estimations of standard mechanical attributes and cyclic longevity.
