The chemo- bioelectrodes were modified by nanolayers of noble metals. Using scanning electronic microscopy and X-ray spectroscopy, the formation of noble nanolayers by metals reduction "in situ" on surface of the planar working electrodes has been approved. It was shown that chemoelectrodes, based on electrodeposited platinum, reveal a selectivity for FA as 28 230 A·M-1·m-2. On the other hand, for chemoelectrodes, based on "black platinum", the sensitivity is 4 480 A·M-1·m-2. Moreover, the chemoelectrodes, based on electrodeposited platinum, are more selective in comparement with a prototype of chemosensor, based on "black platinum". Selective elements modified by gold nanolayer and flavocytochrome b2, prepared on commercial planar С220 "DropSens" electrodes have demonstrated 2.7-fold higer operational parameters when compared with a control electrode (non-modified by gold nanolayer). Optimized conditions for biosensor's analysis of L-lactate (temperature and pH-optimum, buffer capacity etc.) have been determined. The bioelectodes, based on gold nanolayer and flavocytochrome b2 are characterized by the following parameters: 50 % of output time for L-lactate was for 4.5 s, and 90 % - for 10 seconds. An optimal temperature for analysis was found as 35-38 0С, and optimal рН value around 7.8. A computer program for analyzer system "FORMATEST-2010" has been modified for optimal conditions of analysis of FA and L-lactate. Product Description popup.authors Б.С. Вус М.І. Карковська М.В.
