For the first time the mechanisms of motor-secretory disorders in patients with GERD with concomitant diseases (NCD, IDA, COPD) were revealed. The mechanisms leading to the worsening of GERD with concomitant diseases were disclosed and more informative criteria of their timely diagnosis was installed. New pathogenetic substantiation of using of PPIs in the scheme of standard bronchodilator therapy in COPD patients with concomitant GERD was given, as well as additional complex therapy of GERD with concomitant NCD dalargin with IDA - sulpirid, COPD - melatonin.
