Purpose of work: diminishing of energy consumption a gantry-crane due to diminishing of power of occasion of mechanism of flight and optimization of the free-standing system. Research method: theoretical analysis, multidimensional statistical, multicriterion optimization of the free-standing system and system of balancing, optimization of loadings, on the mechanism of change of flight. Scientific novelty: principle of generation of loadings is first offered on the mechanism of change of flight with the use of useful operation of moments which arise up in the free-standing system. Requirements are certain to the free-standing systems and the criteria of their quality are grounded. Methods and local programs of minimization of datains and parameters of weight of elements of the free-standing system are developed for work of the automated program of complex optimization synthesis. A method and package is developed "questionnaire" for the leadthrough of monitoring of optimality of construction of the free-standing system and system of balancing of gantry-cranes which are in exploitation .
