In this respect such major have been tackled and solved: concrete ways and means of modern English vocabulary development, revealing the general trends; regularities governing the interrelations between the development of English vocabulary and English-Ukrainian intercultural communication as a scientific - methodological and didactic basis for teaching English and translation; рractical implementation of solving the above - mentioned task in the teaching process in concrete recommendations in the forms of methodological writings, including manualsThe major goal: to work out the relevant scientific and methodological basis for more effective teaching of English and translation in view of interdependency of law and regularities, reflecting the development of English vocabulary and intercultural communication.
