Basic components: structural modernization, optimization organizational support, pre - and postgraduate training were included in these models. Structural modernization were provided by the introduction of post therapist, social worker, rehabilitation, changes in the ratio of doctors and nursing staff to 1: 4 (instead of the current 1: 1,5). Propositions on the organization of hospice, palliative care department and the multidisciplinary visiting team of palliative care at home were created in order to optimization of organizational support. The changes to the regulatory framework were submited. Methodical materials for training programs "Principles of preparation for training in palliative care", "Current issues of palliative care","Nursing training in palliative care.
