As currently there is no scientific literature on forensic examination on the subject. In connection with this, in research institutions of forensic examination of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine there is no single approach to the court on land management and land evaluation. This problem is at the level of scientific and methodological development in Ukraine is considered first. This paper presents the recommendations on research to meet the requirements of the legislation of the most common types of documentation for land management, technical documentation for regulatory monetary valuation of lands and reports on expert money assessment of land. The paper presents the documentation requirements for land management and land evaluation, sequence of research, which provides the procedure for the analysis of the documentation, selection of legal and normative technical regulations, standards, regulations, scientific and reference literature, court decisions on land management and land evaluation, generalization of the results and conclusions of.
