Subject of research - the physico-mechanical, phase-structural and substructural tribological properties of the coatings NbN, Nb-Si-N and Nb-Al-N, Ti-Si-N, Ti-Hf-Si-N and TiN-MoN obtained at different physical and technological conditions. Purpose - to study the influence of parameters produce multicomponent nanostructured coatings on their properties, conducting phase-structural coverage analysis, measurement of hardness, elastic modulus and other parameters c theoretical description of the relationships between them using ab initio calculations of molecular dynamics method. In the present paper we present the results of a study of phase-structural state, properties, size of nano-grains, hardness and microstrain in the nanocomposite NbN, Nb-Si-N and Nb-Al-N, Ti-Si-N, Ti-Hf-Si-N and TiN -MoN films. It is found that the films have a biphasic NbN nanocomposite structure consisting of ?-NbN (structure type NaCl), and ?'-NbN. In the case of films, Nb-Si-N, are also formed in the phase ?-NbN, which is enveloped by an amorphous phase Si3N4.
