The process of the propagation of high-energy cosmic rays in the intergalactic magnetic fields is investigated on the basis of obtained solutions of Boltzman kinetic equation. The evolution of cosmic ray energetic spectrum is analyzed in the case of instantaneous and prolonged generation of relativistic particles.
