Objective: To evaluate the toxicological and hygienic properties of new surfactants, which includes the household products and cosmetics, to develop preventive measures their possible effects on the body. Research methods: classical and alternative toxicological, hematological, immunological, biochemical. Determined toxicological properties of 9 couples the degree of toxicity divided into 3 groups: highly - are most strongly cytotoxic effect and resorptive properties, immunosuppression, and sensitization; surfactants average toxicity - less strongly cytotoxic and resorptive properties, poor immunosuppression and sensitization; surfactants with low toxicity - slight cytotoxic effect, no resorptive and immunotoxic action. A basic research program toxicological properties of surfactants - ingredients of cosmetic products, which takes into account the possible toxic risks and ways of the body and including screening in vitro cytotoxic studies and chronic studies resorptive action on selected informative barometries.
