Research methods. Within the framework of this research for the untrained and trained youths and girls the study of the functional state of the system of synthesis of oxide of nitrogen, physical capacity, states of the system of central hemodynamic, systolic and diastolic functions of heart of 18-20 are conducted. It is first shown that for the trained persons, not dependency upon sex, characteristically substantially higher level of functioning of all links of the general system of synthesis of NO, by comparison to the untrained persons, that allows to provide the necessary level of physical capacity and aerobic productivity due to the expressed morphofunctional transformations of the cardiovascular system of their organism. On results research it is first worked out system of the physiological monitoring after the level of the general functional state of persons of different age, sex, physical preparedness that is built on the features of changes of the functional state of the system of synthesis of oxide of nitrogen in the process of long duration adaptation to physical activities of high volume and intensity. Data are first got about physiological changes in the system of synthesis of oxide of nitrogen and cardiovascular system of the trained and untrained persons under influence of substances of unstimulant orientation in this connection possibility of the use is first reasonable in the complex system of correction of current functional state of organism of antistimulant preparation of taurine. The new computer-diagnostic program of express-estimation of functional preparedness of sportsmen of higher qualification is worked out for the effective checking and management system by the level of functional preparedness of sportsmen.
