This adjustment is provided due to addition 8- 16 wt. % of alloying components to cored wire mixture, which ensure formation of low temperature eutectics between mixture and shell. Developed cored wires composition 140Cr14Ni2Ti2Al, 140Cr14B3NiTiAl2 and 140Cr24B3MnSi2Al (on the base of cheap chrome and silicon-contained ferroalloys) can be taken into account at manufacture serial parties of cored wires for spraying wear resistant coatings with enhanced corrosion resistance.
