Efficiency of those extracts (0,8 g/l ) in 5% HCl is more than 90%. Technologic regulations of synergetic composition TIS synthesis on the base of wast products treatment was developed. The technological scheme of synthesis, the base characteristics of expedable materials was prorosed, semiproducts and products, the sequence of stages, base rules of safe process driving was described, working expenses of reagents for 1t of inhibitor, material balance was calculated, specification of equipments was proposed. Practical approbation of the technology of synergetic composition TIS synthesis was carrying out. Obtained products were industrially tested in the conditions of acid-inhibitor cleaning of the heat engineering equipments from salt incrustation and corrosion products and introduced in 2014 at Rozhyshchenska branch of "Terra Food" Ltd.
