That was shown that results of deformation determinations obtained by DIC method shows a good correlation with results obtained by tensometers and clock-type indicator. Stress-strain state calculations of reinforced concrete bulk under cyclic bending with finite element method are provided and rate of energetic damaging versus value of loading cycles are estimated. The experimental data of investigations of reinforced concrete bulk under 3-point bending are obtained. The result of damaging rate calculations shows a good agreement with experimental data of investigations.
