A new theory was done for calculation of the cleaning efficiency of dust and coefficient cyclone dust collectors hydraulic resistance, that had working in an ordinary (Tu 5%) and high turbulence (Tu >5%) of the gas flow.Efficiency of upgrading of modern cyclones elaborated in the technology has been confirmed by in implementing on:-enterprise "Kontact 5" (Svalyava) for cleaning dust from the flue gas;- Vinnytsia oil and fat plant with flue gas cleaning steam boiler;- factory Ichnyansky skimmed milk and butter in the cleaning of flue gas boiler;- the Kramatorsk CHP іntroduced new technology cleaning ash from the flue gases of the steam boiler.By using the results of the gas cleaning in cyclones it will ensure compliance with the rules of rigid modern requirements for air pollution aerosols for EU and Ukraine.
