The goal of the research - formation of scientific and methodological foundations and elaboration of measures of improving financial instruments of crisis management. Based on the results of research there were received: - scientifically grounded conclusions and proposals for eligibility for application in the banking system Ukraine new standards of Basel III framework; - scientifically grounded conclusions and recommendations on the application of international experience of bank refinancing as part of crisis management; - the analysis and provided suggestions and recommendations for improving the regulation of systemically important banks and business optimization bank with state capital, proposed approaches to monitoring banks with state participation in the capital; - provided scientifically grounded conclusions and suggestions for implementation in Ukraine macro-prudential regulation and supervision, ways to improve stress testing methodology based on international experience and the characteristics of the national banking sector. The results of the research can be used in the preparation of regulations and policy documents for the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine with relevant innovative mechanisms of crisis management in Ukraine and in the current work units of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
