The subject - the Strategy (as forms and mechanisms) of Ukraine's cooperation with international financial institutions. The purpose - the foundation of advanced forms and mechanisms of cooperation with international financial institutions in Ukraine's financial security system. Methods: synthesis, observation and comparison, analysis, statistical surveys, systematic approach, structural analysis. The novelty of results: - the amendments to the Act of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "The Procedure for initiation, preparation and implementation of the projects of economic and social development of Ukraine, supported by international financial institutions" № 1027 from 26.11.2008, in the concretization of the order of determining of concerned Agents for the purpose of agreement by the executor the necessary documents for the preparation in the project, implemented with the involvement of IFI resources. It is suggested that the Minister of economic development has an exclusive right to determine an exhaustive list of interested agents with which the perpetrators must coordinate the preparation of the project, which will increase the level of detailing and provide a deregulation in administration processes; the changes that improve supervision and control system of the public authorities and institutions over the beneficiaries and responsible executors at the stage of IFI's investment projects monitoring. It was set the quarterly intervals for the reporting under the approved list, while securing the right MOF in some cases apply monthly terms; - Proposed changes to the Procedure of treasury services for costs, provided in special fund of the state Budget for implementation of budgetary programs for projects of economic and social development, supported by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (CMU № 1090-2007-n of 05.09.2007 "Some aspects of budget programs for projects of economic and social development, supported by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development").
