Object of research is intellectual and innovationaal capitals, competitiveness of domestic enterprices. The goal of the work is design of propositions and recommendations for improvement of intellectual capital of enterprice. The metodological basis of report is set of methods of scientific knowledge, general scientific principles, methods and techniques, which are used in research. The main results are the following: the authors have developed the mathematical and structural models of enterprise's competitiveness evaluation based on systems theory; mathematical methods of formalizing such models whith using of fuzzy logic and neural networks mathematical apparatus; was made the structural model of innovative attractiveness evaluation by decomposition stratification approaches; based composited models and methods authors have developed the appropriate software package for automated management of enterprise's competitiveness for the growth of its innovative attractiveness.
