Economic security presently for Ukraine is one of the most actual economic and political problems. Beginning of XXI century was marked in life of humanity to be important, with a great deal contradictions and historically necessary changes. Thus, today principles of freedom and civilization are brought to people of different level of economic, political development of cultures form the difficult complex of new problems of global and regional character. Possibilities of achievement of progressive aims, and dangers, broadened with globalization of economic relations, including economics itself have broadened. Ukraine that so far had enormous economic powers in proper order today is a country with a weak economy and poor enough population. In addition, that such situation in itself can not be considered normal, it leads the way of danger in political and in economic aspects during integration of Ukraine in difficult structure of international relations. A research object is modification of mechanism of providing of economic security of country in the conditions of globalization of economy. The article of research is affecting of globalization of economy mechanism of providing of national economic security, economic methods of defence of national interests of Ukraine. The aim of work is development of conception of providing of national economic security in the conditions of globalization of economy that assists the search of effective possibilities of decision of this problem for Ukraine. Theoretical and methodological bases of research. In-process were used works of home and foreign economists, sociologists and political scientists; materials of the specialized magazines dedicated to the problems of national economic safety of Ukraine; legislative and other normative state documents in the areas of providing of safety of Ukraine, materials of lectures of Council of National safety and Defensive of Ukraine; there are conceptual documents in area of providing of national and economic safety, lecture of UNO in the USA; data of State Statistics Committee of Ukraine; information from the Internet. Methodological basis of work is a method of analysis and synthesis, historical and economic method, logical method, method of ascent from abstract to concrete and ascent from concrete to abstract, method of economical and statistic comparisons, theoretical generalization and prognostication. In scientific developments of authorial collective's basic tasks of national economy are analysed in relation to realization of further efforts in the achievement of the proper economic strength security. In basis of conclusions and positions of SRW there were achieved results of the works executed on the department of economic theory and applied economics during a period from 2010 to 2014 and stated in 5 monographs, doctoral and three candidate's dissertations and 56 articles. On results of SRW text of brochure is prepared by volume of about 4 printed folias. The results of researches were given as reports on international conferences and seminars, including five conferences organized and conducted by the department of economic theory and applied economics. Position, conclusions and recommendations of research, can be used for teaching a number of disciplines in higher educational establishments and at development of plans of integration of Ukraine to European Union from positions of defence of national interests and height of competitiveness of national economy.
