The aim is to increase the reliability of fault diagnosis of rotor bars of induction motors by extracting information signs of damage present in the signal electromotive force of one active side of the coil, using the theory of Z-transformation. Presents the development of methods for diagnosis of rotor bars of induction motors on the analysis of the signal electromotive force, which is induced in the stator windings after disconnecting the motor from the mains. Based on the calculation of the electromagnetic field in the air gap induction motor is shown, that the signal phase of the electromotive force of the stator winding are no signs of information corresponding to the distortion of the electromagnetic field of the rotor cores from damage. Proposed to use the decomposition of the signal electromotive force phase stator winding signals electromotive forces active sides of the coil using the Z-transform theory, which allows you to select information rods signs of damage that can not be detected in the signal electromotive silyfazy. Using the wavelet analysis of the selected signal electromotive force of one active side of the coil can improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis of rotor bars of induction motors.
