The object of research and development is the exchange of information in the branch sites. As the object of research is considered development of the effective software of the branch site with transmission of confidential data on open communication link - the Internet. The purpose of operation is development of structure and the software for creation of the universal branch interactive site which is constructed on the basis of specially developed CMS which basis of functioning is the parallel organization of the linear irrational data algorithms of a recombination (POLIDAR). The existent CMS systems are considered for the construction of web-sites such as: free Joomla, eZPublish, XOOPS and requiring payment Bitrix, AMO CMS and Site Sapiens, their construction and descriptions. The modern systems of creation and control of content and their possibility of setup on branch specifics are analyzed. It is revealed that any of the analyzed universal CMS systems doesn't meet the requirements to the created site as they have a row of essential shortcomings which can be corrected only by rewriting of the considerable fragments of a program code of systems. Developed CMS "POLDER", which can be set up on subject specifics of any branch and deploy any structure on the site. On its basis the structure and the software of the universal branch interactive site of archive branch is developed. Implemented encryption method, which ensures privacy of data during transmission over an open channel of communication that uses symmetric algorithms (AES, Serpent and Twofish) and asymmetric (RSA), which sequentially, layer by layer, encrypt data, making it impossible for unauthorized access to information. Created a website that contains all the functionalities and tools that need archival institution for quality information to the public about its activities and about the services that can be obtained when it is accessed. On this time sixty two web-sites are already generated for arcival establishments of the Kyiv area, which in their vast majority are actively functioning.
