On the basis of results of experimental researches and the literary data it is established дозовая dependence of influence of an irradiation on elastic modules реакторных materials which has so-called "колоколообразный" character. At low dozes (less than 0.1 dpa) rather small growth of modules which then is replaced by their reduction is observed. It is established the correlation of the irradiation effects with parameter of a crystal lattice changes. The role which plays change of elastic modules in radiation embrittlemet of materials is analysed. With the purpose of definition of mechanisms of origin of cracks in nonequilibrium systems, are investigated nano mechanizms creations of free volume due to collective processes - phase transformations of the martensitic type.It is shown, that elastic deformation 11-ти elementary bct cells of iron on 4,2 % leads to to formation of one vacancy. Energy of formation of one vacancy on this mechanism which equal approximately 0,04 еV, that in thirty times is less, than on Frenkel's and Shottki mechanisms is determined. Energy of vacancy void formation of critical radius (six angstrem) aproximately equal 3 еV is determined. Mechanisms radiation embrittlement and hardenings of stainless steels ЭИ 852 and ЭП 450, irradiated up to extreme dozes - 100 dpa are investigated. Features of mechanisms of plastic instability as dislocation chenneling in these materials, connected with void cutting by moving dislocations in channels are established.
