The paper, based on analysis of data obtained by simulation, are the results of comparison dosimetric properties of CdTe (CdZnTe) and HgI2 detectors. With the developed model physical processes in semiconductor detectors (Monte-Carlo - package EGSnrc) The methods further reduce measurement errors of exposure doses of gamma radiation and developed a method of measuring the exposure dose based on analysis of amplitude distributions charge pulse detector. These simulation modeling sensitivity CdTe and CdZnTe detectors and detecting units on their basis compared with the results of experimental measurements. The research helped to create a method of measuring the absorbed dose of gamma radiation includes registration of electrical impulses, which are formed by the interaction of a semiconductor detector dosimeter of gamma photons, registration and processing of results of calculation doses of gamma rays, and that treatment results carried out by determining the average amplitude of the pulse, and its dispersion coefficient asymetriyi.Rozrobleno dosimeter for effective measurement of absorbed dose of gamma radiation with high precision over a wide energy range gamma rays (40 to 3000 keV), it does not need correction depending on the sensitivity of the detector (dosimeter) of gamma energy radiation, no additional measurement error dose of gamma radiation associated with the dependence of the sensitivity of the detector energy gamma rays to register.
