A research aim is an increase of indexes of metallurgical equipment, equipment for maintenance of metallurgical processes, and also increase of quality indexes of producible metal. The theoretical methods of research are in-process used, namely, mathematical design of the tensely-deformed state of elements of equipment and design of motion of elements of equipment during working processes. The materials presented in a report can be useful to the students, graduate students and research workers working in the indicated directions. Theoretical and practical results: 1. On the example of head of fuse of continuous casting machine (CCM) and corps of bowl theoretical research of the tensely-deformed state of elements of metallurgical equipment working in the conditions of high temperatures is executed. The features of work of these elements that before was not taken into account are set. For the increase of reliability of work of CCM and operating cost cutting it is recommended: а) realization of additional control of wear of landings places of connection of links of fuses and remaining deformations is in lock part of their head; б) implementation of lock of head of fuse with the use of the special technology. 2. At research of vibrations of frame of loading crane after the quick visit of autoloader fore wheels on an obstacle are get next results: - worked out an and decided differential equation of motion of dynamic viscidly-resilient model of frame of loading crane after the frontal quick visit of autoloader on an obstacle; - got and kinematics equalizations of motion of frame and load, and also formulas, are numeral realized for determination of resonant rejections of frame taking into account inertia, structural, resilient and parameters of object after a blow; - the offered algorithm of determination of maximal rejection of load allows to pick up marked structural parameters of autoloader.
