A purpose of work is research of terms and improvement of theoretical effective government of enterprises of marine industry of the Odessa region activity bases on principles of world experience of the use of logistic clusters. Research methods are an analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization, economic analysis, statistical methods and theory of probabilities, analysis of operations. As a result of researches the modern tendencies of cluster structuresize of economies of regions were analysed, not enough effective co-operation of enterprises, establishments of science and organs of power of the Odessa region, that does not allow to a full degree to realize world experience of the use of conception of logistic clusters, and also reasons his large logistic potential. On the basis of the done analysis directions of subsequent researches are formulated, in particular development of terms of effective introduction of logistic clusters on the base of marine ports, exposure of terms of development of intermodal transportations in Ukraine and others like that.
