It is shown, that the magnetic field influences size of a high-frequency magnetic susceptibility of weak paramagnetic solutions and leads to formation in a solution of areas in which solution hashing occurs in mutual opposite directions. In weak paramagnetic solutions near a surface of etching of magnetic materials are shown special structures which can testify to presence in a solution of bubstones. The mechanism of influence of an electromagnetic field on the water, which caused by polarisation of bubstones in water is offered also leads to decomposition of soluble bicarbonates in water Са and Mg both formation of insoluble carbonates and liberation of gas from water.
