Methods of investigations: differential thermal analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, IR-, UV- and masspectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, adsorption, rheometric, rotational viscometer, the study of physical and mechanical properties of polymeric materials and composites. The efficiency of the use of the new nanocomposite heterogeneous sulfonic acid catalysts in the glycerolysis processes both chicken fat and waste palm oil.The prospects for using new titanoboron containing alkoxy compounds to modifying of polyvinyl chloride compositions and basalt reinforced composites, for hydrophobization of cellulose-containing materials are shown.The practically significant compositions of elastomeric materials for the manufacture of tires, conveyor belts, molded rubber products and adhesive materials and producing method of modified binder for polymer composite materials filled by basalt fiberfill are developed.Composite materials and coatings based on heat-resistant polyamide (phenylone C2) and modifiers are developed. Their application will improve the reliability and durability of the friction units and sealing machines that operate at elevated temperatures and pressures. Areas of use: C 16.21 – manufacture of plywood and wood-basedpanels, veneer; С 20.16 - plastic processing in primary forms; C 22.19 - other rubber wares production; C 22.29 - other plastic wares production; С 28.15- manufacture of bearings, gears, mechanical transmission elements and drives; C 20.17 - manufacture of synthetic rubber in primary forms; C 20.52 – glues processing; C 22.21 - manufacture of plates, sheets, pipes and profiles from plastics.
