The purpose of this work is the development of the negative electrode manufacture technology and the laboratory technology of the thin-film samples of the flexible lithium-ion accumulators (LIA) in the dimensions of the prismatic cells with high performance; improving the operation performance of the graphite based negative electrodes by pretreatment and modification; power source performance enhancing through material balance and battery structure optimization, and preliminary lithiation of the negative electrode. Methods of investigations: scanning electron microscope, X-ray phase analysis, electrochemical studies in galvanostatic mode and cyclic voltammetry. The preliminary treatment and modification of the negative electrode material of lithium-ion battery - graphite was carry out. The dependence of the electrochemical properties of the graphite-based negative electrodes on the oxidant nature and the temperature treatment were determined. It was shown that the graphite surface modification by the zirconium oxide has an influence on the value of reversible capacity at high charge and discharge currents. The laboratory technology of making of the negative electrode of the flexible LIA and experimental samples of the flexible lithium-ion accumulators were developed. The tests of the developed LIA by cycling under various conditions including a hybrid system with flexible solar module were carried out. Scope: C 27.20 Manufacture of batteries and accumulators.
