Study aim: Study aim of the 2012 year phase - to define cancer incidence rate and dynamics (whole and separate forms) in clean-up workers of 1986-1987, evacuees and residents of the most contaminated with radionuclide territories during 1980-2012 as indices of absolute cancer risk excess probable associated with irradiation for 25-year-old post-accident period. Study methods: epidemiological, statistical and program-mathematical. There is a significant increase absolute risk of of thyroid cancer incidence among the three major groups (clean-up workers - in 4,6 times, evacuees - in 4,0 times, residents of the contaminated territories - in 1,3 times), Breast cancer incidence increase is observed, especially in female clean-up workers of 1986-1987 years (1994 -2012 years SIR = 160,0%, 95% CI: 142.4 - 177.6). On the basis of research where prepared a memorandum regarding the patterns of morbidity and risk of malignancies in a population that has suffered as a result of the Chernobyl disaster, in remote post-accident period. Fields of use: establishments of Health Ministry of Ukraine, National Commission of Population Radiation Protection of Ukraine. Applicatioт: 5 articles were published. The results were reported on international and national conferences (5).
