Objective: Development and justification of mathematical, programming and dosimetric procedures based on available information for the individualized dose estimations of the SRU subjects from population living in Olevsk, Narodychi, Dubrovytsya and Sarny raions. Methods: radiation-hygienic, mathematical modeling and programming, dosimetric. Results: Model of individualized internal doses reconstruction of the SRU subjects of Ovruch and Ivankiv raions for the period of 1987-2008 was improved. The model of individualized internal doses reconstruction of the SRU subjects from these raions for the period of 2009-2013 was developed. Doses for 41,585 SRU subjects of Ovruch raion and 18,790 SRU subjects of Ivankiv raion for the period of 1987-2008 were recalculated. Doses for 25 133 SRU subjects of Ovruch raion and 11 575 subjects of Ivankiv raion for the period of 2009-2013 were calculated. Appropriate database was formed. Information about radio-ecological and dosimetric monitorings in settlements of Olevsk and Narodychi raions of Zhytomyr oblast, Dubrovytsya and Sarny raions of Rivne oblast which is located in Central Ecological and Dosimetric Register of NRCRM was analyzed. It will use for individualized doses reconstruction of the SRU subjects. Pre-testing and parameterization of reconstruction models were carried out for these raions.
